Airbrushing a wedding dress allows for much softer color gradients and easier, more precise color application. Many fabrics will not accept dye, but most will accept airbrushing. You and your guests will be talking about your colorful wedding dress for years to come. Another service offered is traditional dress painting with a paintbrush . Some brides want to wear and art piece, and we can definitely paint your wedding dress with whatever you want. Traditional painting needs to be done on a solid fabric, not a mesh fabric like tulle.

​What does it cost?
To begin, it must be stated that we do not paint wedding dresses that are not ordered from Wow Factor Formals. The dresses we offer have all been tested for how they accept paint, and we will not paint unfamiliar dresses due to the risk.  The cost of airbrushing a dress can start as low as $100 for a single color on a simple garment, however many factors can raise the cost. - The number of layers on the skirt. -The size of the train. -The number of colors being airbrushed. -The type of fabric. Some fabrics take longer than others. - How voluminous the skirt is. A sheath dress takes way less paint than a ballgown. ​-Is anywhere else besides the skirt being airbrushed? -Are you also getting your dress decorated? Appliques are all the decorative bits that are sewn onto a garment. They can look like lace, flowers, abstract shapes, etc. and can often have beads or sequins sewn into them. Decorating services can be done on any dress or garment even if the garment is not purchased from us.

Applique is the magic that makes a garment. It is all the lacy and flowery bits that the customer chooses to reflect who they are. The shapes and sizes are nearly endless and we will help find the perfect design for each customer. Not everything has to be lace and flowers! There are many abstract choices too!

Our customers can send us a garment and we can take the applique off of that piece and put it on a new one. "Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue." Let us add a touch of family to your wedding apparel. The lace in the above picture was taken from the mother of the bride's wedding dress and sewn onto her daughter's dress. Please note that not all garments can be reused because some are just too fragile. It will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Rhinestones
Do you like sparkle? Opting for rhinestones brings a dress from beautiful to stunning. Unlike sequins or glitter, rhinestones reflect multiple colors, giving a sparkle that has an incredible amount of depth. They can also twinkle or flash in the light depending on the type. Rhinestones can be added to almost any garment.
What does it cost?
The cost of adding applique and rhinestones both vary widely. It depends how much is added, the type of fabric they are added to, and the cost of the applique fabric. A dress can just have a smaller amount added to a neckline, or it can be covered in applique. The dollar amount is too wide and needs to quoted for each project.
Order Your (undecorated) Dress From Us!
Wow Factor Formals is working on compiling a catalogue of dresses that can be ordered as-is, no extras necessary! Right now there are only a few options, but the designs chosen are always styles that will complement most body types. Our dresses always have a corset back for the most accurate fit without a formal fitting, and we do not stock gowns that only work for certain body types. For example, Wow Factor does not stock low back dresses or corset looking styles with defined cups. We also supply unadorned veils, capes, and detachable overskirts.
Accessories
Why stop at a unique wedding dress? Wow Factor Formals can also make completely customized veils, detachable overskirts, hair accessories, and wedding capes. Our capes are one of a kind because they are worn like a backpack as opposed to tying around the neck. This allows for necklaces and for the dress to be seen.  All accessories can be airbrushed, appliqued and have rhinestones applied.
